For an in-depth video overview of the entire Client Portal, check out this article: Understanding Your Client Portal

Your Client Portal homepage is the central hub for everything related to your ongoing website care. Let’s take a quick tour so you know where everything lives and how to get around.

Search Bar

At the top of your homepage, you’ll find a search bar. You can use it to quickly find help articles from the Knowledge Base or locate a specific support topic. Just type in a keyword like “edit request” or “billing” to see relevant results.

Quick Links

Right below the search bar, you’ll see several quick links designed to save time:

  • Browse Articles: Jump straight into the Knowledge Base to explore guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

  • View All Tickets: Opens your full list of support tickets, including current and past requests.

  • Submit a Ticket: Use this link to start a new request, report a bug, or ask a question.

These links are shortcuts to the most common actions you’ll take inside your portal.

Knowledge Base Section

This section highlights useful resources pulled from the Knowledge Base. You’ll often see suggested articles here to help you troubleshoot or learn something new.

Most Popular Articles

At the bottom of your homepage, you’ll find a list of the most popular or frequently visited articles. This is a great place to start if you’re looking for quick answers that other clients often search for.

Your homepage is designed to keep everything just a few clicks away. Whether you want to check a ticket, learn something new, or reach out for help, it’s all right here in one place.
