For an in-depth video overview of the entire Client Portal, check out this article: Understanding Your Client Portal

The search bar is one of the fastest ways to find what you need inside your Client Portal. You’ll see it at the top of your Home, Knowledge Base, and Tickets pages.

What You Can Search For

You can use the search bar to quickly locate:

  • Help articles from the Knowledge Base

  • Common support topics or guides

  • Your existing support tickets (when in the Tickets section)

Results appear instantly as you type, so you can find answers without needing to navigate through menus.

Search Filters

Right below the search bar, in the dropdown menu, you’ll see filters that help you narrow down your results:

  • All: Shows both articles and tickets that match your search.

  • Articles: Displays results only from the Knowledge Base.

  • Tickets: Displays results only from your support requests.

Switching between these tabs makes it easy to focus on exactly what you’re looking for.

Popular Articles

When you click into the search bar, you’ll also notice a few Popular Articles listed at the bottom of the dropdown. These are frequently visited guides and quick resources that many clients find helpful.

Tips for Better Results

  • Use keywords instead of full sentences. Try “bug fix” or “content update” instead of “How do I report a bug?”

  • Be specific. Searching for “analytics report” will bring more relevant results than “report.”

  • Check spelling. The search tool looks for exact matches, so accuracy helps.

The search bar is your quickest shortcut to answers. Whether you’re exploring the Knowledge Base or tracking a support ticket, it helps you find what you need in just a few clicks.
