They’re designed to save you time, answer common questions, and help you get the most out of your website care plan.
What “Most Popular” Means
The articles shown here are automatically selected based on how frequently they’re viewed. As more clients read and interact with specific topics, those guides move up the list.
You’ll usually find articles about:
Requesting website edits or content updates
Troubleshooting common technical issues
Understanding your analytics reports
Managing your care plan or submitting tickets
These resources update regularly as new content is added and as clients engage with different topics.
Where to Find Them
You can find the Most Popular Articles section:
At the bottom of your Client Portal homepage
Inside the search bar dropdown when you click on the search field
Both locations give you quick access to helpful information without needing to browse through every category.
Why They Matter
The Most Popular Articles are a great place to start when you need fast help. Chances are, if you have a question, another client has too, and the answer is already waiting there for you.
