Every quarter, you’ll receive a personalized analytics report that summarizes how your website performed over the past three months. It highlights key trends in traffic, engagement, and conversions, and includes insights and recommendations to help you understand exactly what’s working and what could be improved.
Plan Availability and Upgrading
Quarterly analytics reports are included exclusively with the Growth Plan.
If you’re currently on the Essential Plan, these reports are not included, which means you won’t receive quarterly performance summaries or comparison data between quarters.
Because the reports rely on ongoing tracking, I strongly recommend staying on the Growth Plan to keep consistent data and meaningful comparisons over time. Without quarterly tracking, it becomes difficult to measure progress or identify trends accurately.
What’s Included in Your Quarterly Report
Your report is designed to be easy to read and full of real, actionable information. Each one typically includes:
1. Executive Summary
A top level overview of how your website performed during the quarter, including key numbers like total users, session counts, and engagement rates. You’ll also see a quick breakdown of the biggest wins, most important takeaways, and any changes from the previous quarter.
2. User Acquisition
A snapshot of how many people visited your website, whether they were new or returning, and how those numbers compared to the previous quarter. This section helps identify growth patterns and audience behavior.
3. Traffic Sources
A visual breakdown of where your visitors came from. For example, Google searches, social media, direct visits, or referrals. This shows which channels are bringing in the most engaged visitors.
4. Engagement and Behavior
Details on how visitors interact with your site, including which pages get the most views, how long people stay, and what devices they use. You’ll also see insights like “mobile vs desktop” traffic and which pages keep visitors engaged the longest.
5. Conversions
A look at your site’s performance when it comes to results, such as contact form submissions, bookings, or inquiries. This section measures how effectively your site turns visitors into leads or clients.
6. Wins and Opportunities
A clear summary of what’s working well and what can be improved. This is where I highlight strengths, identify new growth opportunities, and include a few specific suggestions for next quarter.
Custom Metrics
If there are specific metrics you’d like to see in your report, such as tracking form submissions, conversions from ads, or new visitor behaviors, just let me know. I can customize your next report to include those insights.
