Understanding Ticket Statuses

Every ticket you submit goes through a few simple stages from start to finish. Understanding what each status means helps you know where your request stands and what to expect next.

Here’s a quick breakdown of each status you’ll see in your Tickets section.

Open

This means your ticket has been received and is waiting to be reviewed.

  • No action is needed from you at this point.

  • I’ll take a look and reply as soon as possible to confirm details or begin work.

Awaiting your Reply

This status means I’ve replied and need more information from you before moving forward.

  • Check your ticket for a message or question from me.

  • Once you reply, the ticket will automatically move back to Open so I can continue working on it.

In Progress

Your request is being worked on.

  • This usually applies to content updates, bug fixes, or other tasks that take a bit of time to complete.

  • No action is needed unless I reach out with a follow-up question.

Resolved

The task or issue has been completed and the ticket is now closed on my end.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know it’s done.

  • If something still isn’t right, you can reply to reopen the ticket or submit a new one if it’s unrelated.

Closed

The ticket has been fully completed and finalized.

  • No further updates can be added to this ticket.

  • If you need additional help with the same topic, you can submit a new ticket anytime.

Tip

Tickets will automatically move to Closed after being in Resolved for a short time, but you can still view them under your Tickets tab for your records.

Knowing what each status means helps you track progress at a glance and keeps communication clear from start to finish.
